Shirley J Coconutty Macaroon Cookie Mix 26 oz. Bag EACH

Bake up sweet coconut macaroons with this simple mix and just the addition of water. Makes 30 cookies.

Cooking Directions: 

Conventional Oven -

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine contents of this package with 1 cup very hot water and mix on medium speed for 1 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Scoop cookies directly onto parchment-lined baking sheet using #50 scoop or spoon. Flatten slightly if desired.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or unti lightly golden brown. Cool.

For chocolate-dipped macaroons: dip cooled cookies halfway into melted chocolate, return to cooling rack until chocolate has set.
