Lehi Mills Raspberry Muffin Mix, 2 lb. bag

Professional muffin mix with raspberry-flavored bits that melt into juicy raspberry puddles in the muffins. Mix can also be made into a quick bread and is excellent with additions like white chocolate chips or lemon zest.

Mix together:
2 1/2 cups mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Spoon into a greased muffin pan. 
Bake at 375F 
18-22 minutes
