Blend of peas, carrots, potatoes and white beans with just the right seasoning. Thick and rich enough for a chicken pot pie filling, or add 1-2 cups of broth for a thinner soup to feed up to 10. Add chicken and you’ll see why this hearty stew is a top seller. Serves 8. No added salt or artificial anything. Certified Gluten Free.

Cooking Directions:
  1. In a 4-quart pot melt 4 Tbsp butter and sauté 1 medium onion for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1/4 cup flour or 2 Tbsp cornstarch (for GF), stir continuously for 30 seconds to form paste.
  3. Stir in 6 cups chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir until thickened.
  4. Add contents of Colorado Campfire Chicken Stew Mix and chicken (or turkey).
  5. Bring to a simmer again, cover and cook 30 minutes.
  6. Serve this thick-as-pot pie soup with biscuits on the side!
Ingredients: Navy Bean, Carrot, Potato, Onion, Pea, Celery, Bell Pepper, Thyme, Bay leaf, Sage.
No added salt or artificial anything.

Shelf Life: Frontier Soups are at least a 2-year shelf life and they actually don't go bad, just lose some flavor over time.
